Word-of-mouth rankingRanked only by verified customer ratings. Neither payment nor referral rewards can change a ranking; ratings decide who stays. Businesses that join during our start-up phase are “Founding Partners” and are listed free.
Paid promotionBusinesses can pay for a promoted spot. Promoted spots are shown separately and clearly labelled “Sponsored”, never mixed into the word-of-mouth ranking.
RatingsOnly customers referred by Grace Rock who actually buy can rate. One review per person; a score shows after 5 verified reviews.
Community oversightBelow 3.5 stars shows “Needs improvement”, and payment cannot remove it. Bad reviews are never deleted; businesses can reply publicly.
DisclosureSome partners give Grace Rock a referral reward. Every recommendation comes from Grace’s own experience, and rewards never affect ratings or the word-of-mouth ranking.
TBCPartners marked “TBC” are still in discussion (to be confirmed).
Everyone deserves to keep growing better.
In the rising tide of the AI age,
we want to be the tree that shakes another tree,
the cloud that moves another cloud:
to listen to each person's struggles,
to walk beside them as they find their way,
to light up what they truly love,
so their strengths can grow and their power can shine.
In the end, each of us walks our own path;
we simply want to walk alongside.
May every ordinary person
become a bright star in the sky.
